She graduated in Sociology at the Marta Abreu Central University of Las Villas in 2012. She is editorial-staff assistant of the digital journal Sexología y Sociedad (Sexology and Society), has participated in postgraduate courses and national and international events such as Activities on Masculinities 2013, Gender Issues: ProCC contributions. She works on the line of sexual education and health in local community development and forms part of the project Hegemonic Masculinity and Emerging Paternities in Cuba.
